Ted

Teddy Ginger Fluffy Tail came to us along with several other abandoned kittens during kitten season in May/June 2024. It's common for tourists to contact us, believing they've found an abandoned kitten, and we always advise them to leave the kitten in a safe place and observe it for about 24 hours. Often, a mother cat will move her kittens one by one over a period of time, so we need to ensure that a kitten is truly abandoned before bringing them in. Teddy was observed and confirmed to be abandoned, so we welcomed him into the shelter.

Teddy has a magnificent, fluffy ginger tail that is always held high as he struts around both inside and outside the shelter. This handsome boy has a lot of personality! He's a bit choosy about his friends and doesn’t particularly like younger kittens. While he never shows aggression, he might give a little swipe if they get too close.

Teddy enjoys being indoors, but at meal times, he's always the first to dash outside. At night, however, he prefers the comfort of a cozy indoor sofa for his sleep. Teddy is vaccinated, neutered, and ready for a loving home. He would make a wonderful friend and companion for someone who understands his independent spirit.
