Antibiotics & Treatments

Many of the street cats we take in for treatment require antibiotics injections to treat infections. A course of 5 days costs 10 Euro

Regular de-worming is essential, especially because of where we live. This needs to happen every 3 months and for each cat it costs 6Euro for 2 tablet doses and 12 Euro for a spot on one treatment - which for us, with so many cats is wonderful

Revolution or Frontline are a huge luxury for us and the cats. The cost is big and we rarely use it, but for some of the older big cats its a necessity. The cost is 35 - 60 Euro for 5 or 6 pipettes. We can usually share a pipette between cats. Its not easy to get in Egypt so please if anyone travelling can bring some that would be wonderful.

Eye drops, ear drops, cream for skin conditions are needed every day. Kittens here are often born with herpes and this affects their eyes, many lose one or two eyes and its a fight against time. Ear Mites are a huge problem especially in young kittens and ringworm and other skin conditions need to be treated daily.
